Caution
It's illegal for a mold assessment professional to also perform the actual mold remediation. This rule is in place to protect you from bad actors from taking advantage of you. In the unfortunate event that a mold contamination is found in your property our job switches into becoming your advocate. We provide the protocol that the professional remediation company is to follow while repairing the mold damage. When the Remediation is complete we come back out for a second clearance testing to insure that the job was done correctly and your house is free of mold. We then provide a clearance report for your records and the remediator to turn into the state.

AIR SAMPLING
Coastal Breeze Mold Testing uses latest technology to gather air samples. Once the samples are taken they are sent directly to the lab for priority analysis. This report will tell us the amount and variety of air borne spores in your environment.
MOISTURE READINGS
Moisture readings will be taken through your entire environment. Mold needs moisture to grow and flourish. These reading can tell us areas of concern that could produce mold, that could already have mold growth, and help us find the source of the moisture so it can be fixed to remove the threat of mold growth returning.
BORESCOPE
The borescope lets inside wall cavities and other enclosed spaces to look for hidden mold growth with minimum to no cosmetic damage.
INFRARED CAMMERA
Infrared camera's allow us to look for structural damage that can allow moisture into your environment and to detect mold growth inside enclosed areas.
